Most products don’t fail because they’re missing features. They fail because people don’t understand how to use them. I work with startups and businesses that already have something built, but the experience feels messy, confusing, or hard to navigate. My job is to clean that up and make everything feel simple and clear. I’ve been doing UX/UI for over 5 years, mostly on SaaS platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, and modern web products. A lot of the time, the real problem isn’t the UI - it’s the structure behind it. Flows don’t make sense, too many things compete for attention, or users just get lost. That’s usually where I step in. I take complex ideas and turn them into something users can actually follow without thinking too much. From user flows and wireframes to final UI in Figma, I focus on making things logical, usable, and easy to understand from the first interaction. I also use AI tools in my workflow to move faster and explore better solutions, but the main focus is always on solving real product problems, not just making things look nice.
