# Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager – 3PL Fulfillment Center ## Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager to help grow our expanding 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and Fulfillment Center business. Our warehouse is fully operational and ready to support e-commerce brands, Amazon sellers, Shopify stores, TikTok Shop sellers, wholesalers, and growing businesses that need reliable storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping services. The primary goal of this position is to bring in new clients who need warehousing and fulfillment solutions while helping establish long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue. ## Responsibilities * Identify and reach out to potential clients that need fulfillment and warehousing services. * Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies. * Build relationships with e-commerce brands, wholesalers, distributors, and online sellers. * Present our fulfillment, storage, packaging, and shipping solutions to potential clients. * Negotiate service agreements and onboard new customers. * Develop partnerships with Amazon FBA sellers, Walmart sellers, Shopify brands, TikTok Shop sellers, and other growing e-commerce businesses. * Create and implement strategies to increase warehouse occupancy and fulfillment volume. * Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide weekly progress reports. * Work closely with management to achieve growth and revenue goals. ## Our Services * Product storage and warehousing * Pick and pack fulfillment * Order processing * Inventory management * Amazon FBA prep services * Shopify fulfillment * TikTok Shop fulfillment * Custom packaging and labeling * Shipping and logistics coordination * Returns processing ## Ideal Candidate * Experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or e-commerce. * Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. * Strong communication and sales skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Experience working with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is a major advantage. * Existing network of e-commerce brands and sellers is a plus. ## Compensation Compensation is flexible and performance-based. We offer a competitive starting salary with significant growth opportunities. Compensation can be increased after the first month based on performance, client acquisition, and revenue generated.
