Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Account Manager / Project Manager to serve as the central liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all client engagements. From managing incoming phone calls and emails to coordinating with consultants, team and in the field personal, this role keeps projects moving, clients informed, and internal teams aligned. You have support people to assist but you will be the main person. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, ability to multi-task, prioritize events, naturally client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and follow-through are critical. Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency. • Project Coordination Support: Ensure the smooth flow of each project by coordinating schedules, sharing updates, and keeping internal teams and clients informed. • Internal Team Support: Provide consultants and field inspectors with the materials, site access, and information they need for successful project execution. • Issue Management: Identify and resolve client concerns promptly, escalate issues as needed, and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the engagement. • Task Tracking & Documentation: Log all interactions, updates, and project milestones in internal systems to maintain accuracy and visibility. • Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Stay attuned to client needs and identify opportunities for additional services or solutions that add value. • Status Monitoring: Track project progress and provide status updates to both clients and internal leadership, ensuring all parties are aligned.
