Summary

Looking for a admin to help with daily task. We run a few adverts and have inbound emails which need assorted into folders on emails. I also would like to look to have a admin start to reply to emails to clients/ tenants regarding maintenance, documents. A big part would be book keeping - allocating a couple of hours a week to updating xero with any invocies from our emails including VAT, HMRC, accountants etc. then adding and updating our expenses with correct receipts. Another key part is scheudling and making sure my diary is correct and update to date across companies leads, calls and appointments. and eventually look to start using a viewber app which organises all viewings to one date with an external staff as to use attending. It would be great to have someone who can do artwork or visuals who could help with marketing materials or even be proactive in mail drop locations etc. I would be happy to gradually increase rate if work and attitude was proactive and cared about the company.
