We are seeking American-sounding customer service agents to handle inbound calls and book appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments accordingly. This role requires a strong command of English with an American accent and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
