Appointment Setter (US B2B) We're looking for a proactive appointment setter to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers in the US interior design industry. Your mission is simple: call warm and cold prospects, qualify interest, and book meetings with Operations Directors, Logistics Directors, General Managers, and other senior decision-makers. We provide: Qualified prospect lists Calling scripts and messaging CRM and calendar access Training and ongoing support Requirements Excellent spoken English (native or near-native) Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales Comfortable speaking with executives over the phone Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Compensation Initially, this role is at first performance-based, with payment for every qualified meeting booked and held. As the collaboration grows, we're open to moving to a hybrid model with a fixed monthly fee plus performance bonuses. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales and wants to grow with us.
