We are a growing staffing company looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / Client Outreach Specialist to help us generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Your main focus will be outreach—connecting with business owners, introducing our staffing services, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Identify and contact potential business clients Introduce our staffing services in a clear and professional way Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Maintain and update CRM or tracking sheets Follow up consistently with leads and prospects Meet daily/weekly outreach and appointment goals Requirements: Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales Strong communication and confidence on the phone Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent Organized and self-motivated Able to work independently with minimal supervision
