Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Remote) | Hourly + Performance Bonuses

We're a growing digital marketing agency looking for a motivated appointment setter to help us generate meetings with local business owners. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We're looking for someone who enjoys outbound sales, isn't afraid of rejection, and wants to grow with the business. Responsibilities Make approximately 150 outbound calls per weekday Call business owners using our provided lead lists Qualify prospects and book strategy calls Collect the prospect's name, phone number, and email Send the meeting link after booking Maintain a professional, positive attitude on every call We Provide Dialing software Lead lists Call scripts CRM/workflow AI call note-taking (no manual note-taking required) Training and ongoing coaching Requirements Prior cold-calling, SDR, appointment-setting, or sales experience Fluent English with excellent communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Coachable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Compensation Competitive hourly pay Bonus for every qualified appointment that attends the strategy call Additional bonus for every client that signs a retainer Top performers will have the opportunity for increased compensation and a long-term role as we grow.
