Appointment Setter / Warm Lead Specialist (US Eastern Hours)

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to call warm inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with our team. Requirements: * Proven experience making a high volume of outbound and inbound calls. * Fluent, professional English with a clear and confident speaking voice. * Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience booking appointments and managing follow-ups. * Comfortable working US Eastern Time business hours. * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. * CRM experience is a plus. Responsibilities: * Call warm leads who have already shown interest in our services. * Qualify prospects and gather key information. * Schedule appointments directly into our calendar. * Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email when needed. * Keep CRM records updated and accurate. * Help maximize show rates and conversion rates. Ideal Candidate: * Has booked hundreds or thousands of appointments before. * Understands sales conversations and objection handling. * Highly organized, responsive, and results-driven. * Can confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers.
