Architectural Engineer – Detailed Design Update & 3D Visualization Fit-Out Project - Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to support our team in updating and finalizing the Detailed Design Package for a laboratory fit-out project. The project design has undergone minor modifications to the approved general layout, primarily involving adjustments to room dimensions and spatial arrangements. As a result, the detailed design package requires revision and coordination to reflect these changes accurately. Scope of Work Review the updated general layout and identify all affected architectural elements. Update and finalize the complete Detailed Design Package accordingly. Revise plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and architectural details. (Ceiling drawing to be developed) Ensure coordination with MEP requirements and laboratory-specific design constraints. Update Revit models and project documentation. Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations for selected project areas (20 +_) Support design coordination and respond to review comments until final approval. Required Deliverables Updated Architectural Detailed Design Package. Coordinated Revit Model (LOD suitable for detailed design documentation). 3D Visualization / Renderings for selected spaces. Updated drawings in PDF and native editable formats. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Proven experience in Architectural and Interior design, preferably in laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technical fit-out projects. Advanced proficiency in CAD & Revit. Experience producing detailed construction documentation. Strong understanding of architectural coordination with MEP systems.
