Arizona Civil Engineer

I own a 5-unit residential property located at E Main St, Mesa, Arizona. I am looking for an Arizona-licensed Civil Engineer (PE) or engineering firm to prepare permit-ready plans for connecting the property to the City of Mesa sanitary sewer system and abandoning/decommissioning the existing septic system. Scope of Work: • Verify sewer main and connection location • Obtain and review utility information from the City of Mesa • Design private sewer laterals and collection system serving all 5 units • Prepare permit-ready civil plans • Coordinate requirements for septic abandonment with Maricopa County • Submit or assist with permit package • Respond to plan review comments if required • Provide signed and sealed Arizona engineering plans if required by the City Property Information: Location: 4104 E Main St, Mesa, AZ Property Type: Existing 5-unit residential property Current System: Septic Proposed System: Connection to City sewer with septic decommissioning Required Qualifications: • Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to provide Arizona-stamped plans • Experience with sewer utility design • Experience with City of Mesa permitting • Experience with septic abandonment projects • AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred When responding, please provide: Arizona PE license number Similar projects completed Estimated timeline Fixed-price proposal Whether site visit is required Preference will be given to engineers who have completed similar sewer connection and septic abandonment projects in Arizona.
