We are expanding our sales development pipeline and seeking a results-driven B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Outreach Specialist to handle outbound lead acquisition. Compensation & Performance Structure: Base Salary: $5 / week (Fixed weekly milestone to cover data tracking and reporting updates). Commission Incentives: 10% revenue share on every single closed contract you initiate. Growth Path: Your base weekly salary will scale up automatically after your first 4 successful client conversions. What this means for you: Our core packages range from $500 to $2,000. When our dedicated Closer seals the deal on a client you booked, you make $50 to $200 per close. For recurring monthly retainer services like SEO or Meta Ads management, you earn a passive cut every single month the client retains our studio. 📋 Role Responsibilities: Execute daily outbound lead generation and prospecting across LinkedIn, Cold Email, and Instagram/Behance DMs. Target decision-makers (Founders, E-commerce Directors, Real Estate Brokers, Marketing Heads). Deploy personalized outreach sequences using our established minimalist pitch scripts and premium portfolio assets. Overcome initial cold prospect objections and route hot leads directly to our closer's video call booking calendar. Required Profile / Skills: Proven track record in Lead Generation, Cold Outreach, or Appointment Setting. Flawless professional written English skills with a corporate, consultative tone. Highly organized mindset, must maintain an active lead tracking sheet (Google Sheets/Notion). Familiarity with digital agency services (Web Design, SEO, Meta Ads) to screen prospects effectively. We handle 100% of the technical service delivery, client fulfillment, and the final sales closing calls over secure Upwork Direct Contracts. Your only job is to break the ice and fill the calendar.
