We are a growing staffing and workforce solutions company specializing in helping manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehouse, and skilled trade companies solve hiring challenges. We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Calling Appointment Setter who can identify opportunities, create conversations with business decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a relationship-building role. We are not looking for someone who simply reads a script. The ideal candidate understands how to ask good questions, uncover business challenges, and create curiosity. Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to targeted companies Speak with HR Managers, Plant Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners Identify hiring challenges, workforce gaps, and recruiting needs Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM Follow up with interested prospects Provide daily activity updates and appointment results
