We are seeking an intermediate, professional B2B outbound caller to execute a phone-based outreach and data-mining initiative. Your primary goal is to help us clean this data, verify the proper decision-makers, and uncover immediate sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Catalog Follow-up: Reach out to the businesses on our list regarding the recently mailed Construction and Manufacturing Promotional Catalog. Contact Verification: Speak with companies to verify the correct decision-maker who handles corporate apparel or promotional product sourcing. Data Mining: Confirm the correct spelling of the decision-maker's name and capture their direct corporate email address. Excel Spreadsheet Logging: Systematically log all call outcomes, notes, and updated contact fields within a provided Excel spreadsheet template. Identify Quoting Opportunities: Uncover any active or upcoming project deadlines where the business needs a digital quote for branded gear or team apparel. Project Scope & Paid Trial: To ensure a great fit, this project will begin with a small, paid trial phase of 20 contacts (estimated 1.5 to 2 hours of calling) to evaluate phone presence, data logging accuracy, and responsiveness. Upon successful completion of the trial, this will immediately expand into a larger project covering the remaining accounts on our 240-contact list. Required Qualifications: Native or completely fluent English speaker with a professional, articulate, and non-aggressive phone presence. Proven experience with B2B outbound calling, gatekeeper navigation, or telemarketing. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to accurately log clean call notes and data.
