Summary

Schedule: Part-Time 3-5 Days Per Week 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to join our team. This is an outbound sales position focused on generating leads, speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and scheduling appointments for our SEO services. This is not a customer service position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with business owners and is comfortable making outbound calls. Responsibilities: Generate targeted business leads using Apollo.io Research niche industries and identify qualified prospects Contact business owners and decision-makers Introduce our SEO services professionally Schedule appointments for our sales team Perform follow-up calls with interested prospects Build and maintain accurate email lists Collect and verify email addresses for future marketing campaigns Track all activity using Google Sheets Maintain organized records and notes Work with a dialer to make outbound calls Attend brief weekly team meetings Ask questions whenever clarification is needed Represent our company professionally at all times Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in cold calling and outbound sales. Experience generating B2B leads. Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Experience booking appointments. Experience performing follow-up calls. Knowledge of Google Sheets. Knowledge of Google Docs. Strong research skills. Ability to confidently make a high volume of outbound calls. Must be able to follow call scripts and sales scripts as needed while maintaining a professional and natural conversation. Comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluent or Native English speaker. Must be a U.S. resident. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Must be punctual and ready to begin work at the scheduled time. Must attend brief weekly team meetings. Must ask questions whenever clarification is needed. Must always communicate professionally. Must have a reliable work environment with minimal interruptions. Must have reliable high-speed internet (speed test required). Must have a reliable computer and quality headset. Must be willing to download and use the Upwork Desktop App for time tracking throughout each shift. Must have a flexible schedule and be available during assigned work hours.
