Summary

We’re looking for an experienced US-based sales professional who can independently find and close business clients for our AI automation services. About Us 21Ideas builds custom AI systems for businesses, including AI voice agents, receptionists, chat systems, appointment setting, lead qualification, workflow automation, CRM/API integrations, private AI infrastructure, and fully custom AI solutions. We already support a corporate training client using our AI system to onboard and train employees. We work across industries including healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, finance, manufacturing, agencies, and local businesses. What You’ll Do * Find and qualify your own business prospects * Reach out through your preferred sales channels * Run discovery and sales calls * Present our AI solutions * Close deals and collect payment through the approved company process * Introduce closed clients to our implementation team You will manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing. Once a client has paid, our team handles implementation, onboarding, support, and maintenance. Compensation * Commission-only independent contractor role * 30% commission on 21Ideas’ net upfront revenue from clients you personally bring and close * Typical upfront project value: $2,000–$10,000+, depending on scope * Commission is paid after the client’s payment clears and applicable taxes, payment-processing fees, and direct project costs are determined * No cap on earnings * The first representative to register a qualified lead owns that opportunity Requirements 1. Based in the United States 2. Proven B2B sales experience 3. Able to generate your own leads 4. Strong discovery, communication, negotiation, and closing skills 5. Comfortable working on a commission-only basis This opportunity is especially well suited for professionals who already have relationships with business owners and decision-makers, or who have a proven outbound sales process.
