US-Based Cold Caller — Real Estate Owner Outreach (2-Week Engagement)

We're a real estate investment firm looking for a US-based cold caller to work through a list of ~1,000 property owners in Los Angeles over a 2-week period. The job is simple: call owners, follow a short provided script, and identify anyone with interest in selling their property. Warm leads get tagged in HubSpot and handed off to our team. This is not wholesaling. You're representing a professional investor operation, and owners should feel like they're getting a respectful, legitimate call. Responsibilities: Make 200+ outbound dials per day using a provided list Follow a simple qualification script (training takes 30 minutes) Log every call disposition in HubSpot (contact status, notes, callbacks) Flag warm leads same-day Be available for a brief check-in twice per week Requirements: Must be located in the United States with a clear, natural American accent (non-negotiable — we will ask for a voice recording before hiring) Reliable phone/headset setup and quiet calling environment Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls for a full workday HubSpot experience preferred but not required (we'll train) Prior cold calling or outbound sales experience This is a fixed 2-week full-time engagement (35-40 hrs/week) with potential to extend if the campaign grows.
