**US-Based B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller | Long-Term Opportunity** We are building a growing B2B outbound agency that combines data, AI, email, LinkedIn and phone outreach to help companies generate qualified sales meetings across the United States. We are looking for a motivated freelance B2B Appointment Setter who wants to build a long-term working relationship with our team. You will receive targeted prospect lists, campaign context, call scripts and clear qualification criteria. **Your responsibilities** * Call cold and warm B2B prospects * Speak with founders, executives, directors and department leaders * Identify business needs and qualify opportunities * Handle objections professionally * Book qualified sales meetings for our clients * Update the CRM after every conversation * Complete follow-ups with interested prospects * Share feedback to improve scripts, targeting and campaign performance **You may be a strong fit if you:** * Are based in the United States or speak English at a native level * Have experience in B2B cold calling, telesales or appointment setting * Are comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers * Can communicate naturally without sounding scripted * Are reliable, organized and responsive * Are comfortable working toward clear activity and performance targets * Are looking for recurring work rather than a one-time project **What we expect** * Consistent calling activity * Professional and relevant conversations * Accurately qualified meetings * Clear CRM notes and follow-up actions * Good communication with our internal team * A willingness to learn and improve continuously **Compensation** The collaboration will begin with a paid trial covering onboarding, campaign preparation, script review and live calls. Initial compensation will include performance-based payments for qualified meetings booked. For strong performers, we are open to offering: * Fixed recurring compensation * Performance bonuses * Increased campaign volume * More hours and recurring assignments * Additional responsibilities within the outbound team **Recruitment process** 1.
