Beauty Industry Instagram Customer Service & Sales Representative I'm looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to help with client outreach and relationship building for my luxury nail business. Responsibilities: • Send cold outreach messages on Instagram • Start conversations and build genuine relationships with potential clients • Engage with leads through Instagram DMs using provided scripts • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally • Track conversations and leads using Google Sheets • Follow instructions and maintain organized records Requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English • Friendly, warm, and professional communication skills • Comfortable sending outreach messages daily • Basic knowledge of nail services and nail designs • Experience using Instagram and Google Sheets • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude This role focuses primarily on relationship building, customer service, and the first stages of the sales process.
