Bilingual Customer Service & Compliance Support Representative (English/Spanish)

We are looking for a **bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Compliance Support Representative** to join our growing trucking compliance company. This position is **remote** and **open only to applicants residing and authorized to work in the United States**. This role will begin as a **part-time position (10–20 hours per week)** with the opportunity to transition into a **full-time, permanent role** as our company continues to grow. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, is confident speaking on the phone, has previous sales experience, and is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day. This is a startup environment where every team member wears multiple hats, so adaptability and initiative are essential. ### Responsibilities include: * Answering inbound phone calls and emails from current and prospective clients * Providing outstanding customer service * Explaining our services and assisting with inbound sales inquiries * Ordering DOT drug and alcohol tests * Processing Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) * Completing previous employment verifications * Following up on random drug and alcohol testing selections * Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records * Updating our CRM and other business systems * Assisting with additional compliance and administrative tasks as needed ### Qualifications: * Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States * Fluent in English with professional Spanish-speaking ability * Previous customer service experience * Previous phone or inside sales experience * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable learning new software and working across multiple systems * Able to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office Experience in trucking, transportation, FMCSA/DOT compliance, Driver Qualification Files, or Drug & Alcohol Testing programs is a plus but not required.
