Bilingual Sales Development Rep / Community Access Advisor for SaaS Access Control Startup

Summary

We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish outbound sales hunter to help our SaaS startup create qualified sales opportunities with property managers, HOAs, gated communities, condominiums, and access control/security dealers. This role is approximately 80% outbound prospecting and 20% inbound lead response. This is not a virtual assistant role and not a passive customer service role. We need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone every day, calling companies, identifying the right decision-maker, asking smart qualifying questions, and booking demos. We use website intent tools such as Zoho SalesIQ, Leadfeeder/Dealfront, and Apollo. When a company visits our website but does not fill out a form, your job is to research the company, find the likely decision-makers, call them professionally, and create the conversation. You will also respond to inbound leads when someone fills out a form, starts a chat, calls, or requests a demo, but the main focus of this role is outbound hunting.
