Job Title: Bookkeeper for Bank, Credit Card & Revenue Reconciliation – 6-Month Catch-Up + Potential Ongoing Description: Seeking an experienced bookkeeper for a 6-month catch-up project reconciling bank statements, ~3 credit cards, and revenue accounts (cash basis). Potential for ongoing monthly work upon successful completion. Responsibilities: Reconcile bank statements and credit cards for the past 6 months. Reconcile and categorize revenue accounts. Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Provide summary of work completed. Requirements: Strong experience with bank/credit card reconciliations and revenue matching. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Detail-oriented, independent, reliable. Ability to start ASAP. Rate: $28–$35/hr depending on experience. Location: 100% remote.
