WHAT YOU'LL DO › Identify and prospect businesses that need a stronger digital presence, better branding, or smarter marketing › Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, and in-person networking › Build authentic relationships with business owners and key decision-makers › Qualify leads and coordinate discovery calls with our team › Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent, professional follow-up › Share market insights and client feedback to help Orlin continuously improve COMPENSATION Project Commission — 10% Earn 10% on every project you close, from the first dirham paid. Example: A website + branding package at 15,000 MAD = 1,500 MAD commission. Close 5 deals/month = 7,500 MAD+ Recurring Commission — 2% Monthly When you land a client on a monthly retainer (website maintenance, social media management, SEO, etc.), you earn 2% of their monthly invoice — every month, for as long as they remain with us. Your commissions keep working even when you're not. Example: A client pays 1,000 MAD/month for website maintenance → you earn 20 MAD every month that client stays. Build a portfolio of 20 such clients = 400 MAD/month in passive recurring income — on top of your project commissions. No earnings cap. Performance bonuses for top performers. The more you build, the more you earn.
