Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research Identify potential client organizations within targeted industries Research healthcare facilities, warehouses, manufacturing companies, corporate offices, event venues, and other staffing prospects Locate decision makers, including Administrators, HR Directors, Staffing Coordinators, Operations Managers, and Executive Leadership Build and maintain an organized lead database Business Development Outreach Conduct professional outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels Introduce Kynara Workforce Solutions to prospective clients Gather information regarding staffing needs and vendor opportunities Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls with decision makers Follow approved outreach scripts and communication guidelines Relationship Building Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients Serve as an initial point of contact for business inquiries Maintain consistent follow-up communication Support the development of long-term client relationships Vendor Registration & Opportunity Tracking Research vendor registration opportunities Assist with vendor applications and onboarding requirements Monitor procurement opportunities and staffing requests Track contract opportunities and follow-up deadlines CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities Update lead tracking systems daily Document communication history and follow-up schedules Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports
