CMS & LMS Designer/Developer Needed We’re looking for an experienced CMS and LMS designer/developer to build, configure, migrate, and optimize online learning platforms and conversion-focused websites. What You’ll Do Design and build LMS/CMS websites and course portals Configure courses, users, payments, checkout flows, and automations Migrate content, users, and course data between platforms Build high-converting landing pages for courses and services Improve conversion rates using strong UX, persuasive copy, and clear calls to action Set up and manage WordPress, Webflow, Hostinger, domains, and integrations Required Experience Hands-on experience with several of the following platforms: Docebo, TalentLMS, Eurekos, aNewSpring, LearnWorlds, Absorb LMS, ACORN PLMS, Kajabi, 7taps, LifterLMS, MyQuest, FlowSparks, Latitude Learning, Canvas LMS, Thinkific Plus, SimpliTrain, WordPress, and Webflow. Ideal Candidate Deep experience in eLearning, course creation, and LMS implementation Strong experience with LMS migrations and platform setup Proven experience building landing pages that convert Skilled in conversion-rate optimization, UX, and persuasive copywriting Familiar with the StoryBrand framework is a major plus Able to show relevant LMS, website, and landing-page examples When Applying Please share: Which LMS/CMS platforms you have worked with Examples of LMS implementations or migrations Examples of landing pages you built and optimized Your role in design, development, copywriting, and conversion optimization
