Summary

We’re seeking a COO or Head of Operations to lead day-to-day business operations and support growth. This role will oversee internal processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help improve efficiency across departments. You’ll manage operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that strengthen performance and scalability. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable driving operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
