CRM Data Migration & Optimization Specialist — Rethink by Buildout (Commercial Real Estate)

Project Overview: We are a commercial real estate brokerage team specializing in investment sales of multifamily properties in the Pacific Northwest. We're looking for an experienced data migration specialist with hands-on expertise in Rethink by Buildout (ideally including the Data Orchestra tool) to help us consolidate and stand up a new CRM environment. Scope of Work: Extract data from an existing Rethink account and import it into a new Rethink account with three administrators. Potentially merge in records from two separate Apto CRM databases. This portion would require substantial de-duplication work to ensure clean, consolidated data. Ensure complete and accurate data transfer, with no records lost in the migration. Additional Services We're Interested In: Beyond the core migration, we'd like to understand what ongoing optimization services you can provide within a Rethink database. Please outline your typical offerings (data hygiene, workflow setup, custom fields/reporting, ongoing maintenance, etc.).
