To do this, we're looking for a data-driven Landing Page & CRO Expert who can demonstrate proven success in the supplement or health industry. 🎯 Your Responsibilities – What You'll Drive Here Conception & Optimization: You develop, design (or brief), and optimize high-converting landing pages (benefit variants, advertorials, long-form sales pages). A/B Testing & Analysis: You set up hypotheses, launch A/B tests (e.g. Intelligems), and analyze user behavior (Hotjar, Google Analytics 4). Copywriting & Sales Psychology: You know how to trigger the target audience's core desires (health, energy, focus) without risking legal warnings. Mobile-First Focus: Since over 80% of our traffic lands on smartphones via social media (Meta, TikTok), you consistently optimize for mobile. Data-Driven Iteration: You read KPIs like ROAS, CVR, AOV, and hook rates like an open book and derive the next steps from them. 💼 Your Profile – What You Bring Supplement experience is a must: You have demonstrably optimized landing pages for dietary supplements, cosmetics, or healthcare in the German market. Basic regulatory knowledge: You know the pitfalls of the Health Claims Regulation in Germany. You know how to sell emotionally without making illegal healing claims. Deep dive into sales psychology: Justifications like "it looks nicer" don't count for you. You argue with social proof, scarcity, trust elements, and logical user flow. Tech stack: You're confident working with common shop systems (Shopify) and page builders (e.g. Replo, Shogun, Elementor) as well as analytics tools.
