I'm looking for a tax attorney to help me with a problem with the California state tax. I'm trying to pay the tax but they rejecting the payment and then the balance show zero and when I try to call them they say the problem is from your bank not from us. I dont know what to do please note that they took multiple times from this account and it went through, I don't know what to do seriously. I feel they not taking it so I pay penalty.
