China-Based Sourcing Consultant — Stationery / Paper Products / Printing

We are an education company looking for a China-based sourcing consultant to help us identify and evaluate manufacturers in the stationery, paper products, notebook, workbook, and printing sectors. This is an initial short-term contractor role, with potential to become ongoing. We are looking for someone who can: * Identify suitable factories in China * Contact factory owners, export managers, and production teams * Assess supplier capability, quality, pricing, lead times, certifications, and export experience * Arrange samples and coordinate shipping * Prepare clear English summaries and supplier recommendations * Support communication over WeChat, email, and video calls Ideal experience: * Stationery, notebooks, exercise books, paper products, book printing, commercial printing, packaging, or school supplies * Existing factory contacts in Ningbo, Yiwu, Shanghai, Kunshan, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, or Guangzhou * Experience with export manufacturers supplying Australia, the US, UK, Europe, or major retailers * Mandarin and English fluency We are not looking for a generic Alibaba assistant.
