The primary objective of this role is to conduct outbound prospecting to establish strategic referral partnerships. You will be targeting financial representatives, real estate agents, accounting professionals, and other industry specialists to introduce our alternative financing and mortgage solutions. This is a strictly outbound role requiring an individual who thrives on cold outreach, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a proven track record of overcoming gatekeepers to secure qualified appointments. Key Responsibilities Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to targeted professionals (real estate agents, financial representatives, accountants, etc.) utilizing provided lists or independent sourcing. Pitch Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with our specialized financing and mortgage brokerage platforms without relying on dense jargon. Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and successfully schedule discovery calls or meetings for our internal executive team. Lead Management: Accurately document call outcomes, update prospect details, and manage the appointment calendar. Relationship Building: Initiate rapport with busy professionals, establishing credibility from the first point of contact. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably within the financial, mortgage, or real estate sectors. Communication Excellence: Fluent, professional English verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent. Objection Handling: Demonstrated ability to navigate gatekeepers, handle objections confidently, and steer conversations toward a scheduled meeting. Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms, softphones/dialers, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar). Infrastructure: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a high-quality headset. Resilience: A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the stamina to handle the repetitive nature of high-volume cold outreach. Compensation & Engagement Details Platform: Freelance contract via Upwork / Fiverr. Hours: Part-time to start (flexible, targeting standard North American business hours / Eastern Standard Time), with the potential to expand based on performance. Structure: Base hourly rate plus a performance-based bonus for every successfully completed, qualified appointment.
