We produce reels, shorts, and long-form videos featuring real people and real stories. No AI-generated fluff. Over the past three years, this approach has helped our clients generate tens of millions of organic views and build stronger connections with their audiences. We have also begun to partner with other startup companies to provide sales and marketing systems and services. Our work spans creative content, strategy, outreach, and sales. About the Role We're hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified opportunities for Honest Aux and out partner companies. This is a flexible, remote role focused on building genuine conversations with local business owners, not reading scripts or pushing high-pressure sales tactics. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Call local businesses from a provided Google Sheets list using Quo (or a similar dialer) * Reach the business owner or marketing decision-maker * Have natural, conversational discussions about Honest Aux's services * Qualify potential clients based on their interest and fit * Handle objections conversationally rather than through scripted rebuttals * Book qualified discovery calls directly on Google Calendar / Google Meet * Send follow-up emails using provided templates * Log all call outcomes in Excel using our simple color-coded tracking system * Support outreach for additional Honest Aux partner services What We're Looking For * Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred * Strong communication skills with an approachable phone presence * Comfortable speaking with small business owners * Excellent listener who can adapt conversations naturally * Organized, reliable, and self-motivated * Available during Mountain Time business hours * Native English speaker with a neutral accent Our Approach We operate in a relationship-driven market. Business owners appreciate authenticity and can quickly recognize a scripted sales pitch. Success in this role comes from having real conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and building trust, not forcing meetings. Our outreach process is continually evolving, and we're looking for someone who can provide feedback, identify patterns, and help improve the system over time. Compensation * $25/hour base pay * Performance-based commission for qualified meetings booked * $200 bonus per closed client Strong performers who consistently book high-quality meetings have the opportunity to earn meaningful additional commission. What Qualifies as a Commissionable Meeting? A meeting qualifies for commission when the prospect attends the scheduled discovery call and has a clear understanding of the following: 1. They have genuine interest in the service 2. They understand the service and are comfortable with that general investment level. 3. Their business is a legitimate fit for the services, and they see value in the service. 4. The overall quality of appointments supports a healthy close rate, with a target of approximately 1–2 new clients closed for every 10 qualified meetings booked. The goal is to prioritize quality over quantity by setting meetings with businesses that are informed, interested, and aligned with what Honest Aux offers.
