Cold Caller / BDR Assistant for B2B Lead Generation Agency

We are looking for a reliable BDR / Growth Assistant to support our B2B lead generation and outbound work. This role is mainly focused on cold calling, appointment setting, lead follow-up, and basic admin support. You will be working with us across different client projects, helping us contact prospects, qualify opportunities, and keep lead data organized. Main responsibilities: * Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects * Follow a provided call script and qualification process * Aim for consistent daily call volume * Track call outcomes clearly in Google Sheets or CRM * Update lead status, notes, and follow-up steps * Help with admin work related to lead generation and outbound campaigns * Support basic prospect research when needed * Communicate daily progress, blockers, and results Expected workload: * Around 4 hours per day focused on cold calling * Target is roughly 20 calls per hour, or around 80 dials per day * Additional time may be used for admin, CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups * This can start as a short trial, with potential for longer-term work if it is a good fit Who we are looking for: * Comfortable speaking on the phone * Clear English communication * Confident handling rejection * Reliable and consistent with daily work * Organized with notes, sheets, and follow-ups * Willing to learn and follow instructions * Able to ask questions when unclear * Honest about progress and results * Experience with B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred This is a good fit for someone who wants steady outbound work and can grow into more responsibility over time.
