Role Overview We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to generate qualified leads and book appointments with business owners and decision-makers. This is a remote role with a combination of guaranteed base pay and uncapped commission for qualified appointments and closed deals. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to businesses from provided lead lists Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects Explain our AI automation services in a simple and compelling way Book discovery calls for our sales team Update CRM with call notes and lead status Follow up with interested prospects Meet weekly appointment-setting targets Requirements Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience Strong English communication skills Confident speaking with business owners and executives Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving Self-motivated and organized Experience with B2B sales is a plus Interest in AI, automation, and technology is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly base pay Commission for every qualified appointment booked Additional commission for deals that close from your appointments Uncapped earning potential for top performers Ideal Candidate You enjoy talking to people, are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, and are motivated by performance-based compensation.
