Cold outreach specialist to reach Shopify/Klaviyo store owners and drive beta signups

I'm launching a SaaS app for small Shopify stores that use Klaviyo, and I need help getting it in front of the right store owners. The main thing I need is someone who can find these stores and reach the person who actually makes decisions. I'm looking for someone who's done this specifically with ecommerce/DTC store owners and can point to results. What you'd own: - Finding Shopify stores that use Klaviyo (this specific combo matters) - Identifying and reaching the actual owner/decision-maker - Building and running the outreach system — sequencing, follow-ups, tracking replies - Keeping the pipeline organized so we always know where things stand Each outreach message will be personalized per store — I'll handle a custom piece (a quick audit) for each one, so this isn't a mass-blast setup. A little about how I like to work: I care about results, not how you staff things. If you bring your own VA to handle volume, that's completely fine. I'm not looking for an agency or a retainer pitch — just the right person (or small setup) to run this well.
