Cold Caller / Prospector — Builders & Contractors

Outbound calling and lead qualification. You introduce Lumber Company, qualify interest, log every call and hand warm leads to our sales team. Target cities - Knoxville, TN, Johnson City TN, Greenville SC, Spartanburg SC, Marion NC, Hickory NC, Boone NC, Old Fort NC - and all areas in between. Typical work: • Cold call builders, GCs, deck builders, and siding/finish contractors • Qualify: project types they do, potential lumber needs, timeline, current supplier, decision-maker • Log call outcomes • Book callbacks or intro calls when there is real interest • Optional: light research to find new contacts in target cities - Knoxville, TN, Johnson City, Greenville, Spartanburg, Marion, Hickory, Boone, Old Fort - and all areas in between.
