I'm a business broker, once in a while I get commercial properties with real estate that I don't know how to appraise and need the help of an appraiser person who can appraise and who has access to various tools. I don't need complex multi-page appraisals, I really just need the number or a screenshot. Looking for someone with the experience to be my partner and help appraise such deals.
