What we sell: AI automation + cybersecurity governance services for small businesses. Entry offer is a 14-day pilot starting at $5,000. What you'd do: Full sales cycle — self-source prospects (LinkedIn, cold outreach, your own network), book your own discovery calls, and close. No inbound lead queue provided yet — this is a build-your-own-pipeline role, which is why commission is uncapped and weighted higher than a pure-closer gig. Comp: Commission-only to start, with option to move to hybrid if traction is proven., 22%-25% per closed pilot (~$1,100 per $5,000 deal), scaling up for repeat/upsell business.
