Community Manager for Real Estate Investing Skool Community (Full-Time Contract)

About Us STR Like The Best is a private, 1,700+ member Skool community that helps high-income professionals build cash flow and tax-efficient wealth through short-term rental (Airbnb) investing. Our members are engaged, motivated, and hungry to learn from each other. We're looking for a Community Manager to make the community feel alive every single day and turn it into a place where conversation never stops. The Opportunity Right now, most of the meaningful engagement happens when the founder personally shows up. We want a Community Manager who can independently drive daily conversation, welcome new members, and make sure no one's question or post ever goes unanswered. This is a full-time contract role (ongoing, 30+ hours/week) with potential to become a long-term fixture of the team. What You'll Do - Welcome and onboard every new member, making sure their introduction post gets a warm, personal response - Seed, spark, and revive discussions daily so the feed always has active conversations - Monitor the community and ensure every member question gets a timely, helpful reply (or gets routed to the right person) - Spotlight and celebrate member wins to keep momentum high - Promote, coordinate, and support our live events (bi-weekly Inner Circle calls and guest Q&As) - Handle light moderation and keep the community positive, on-topic, and welcoming - Report weekly on engagement trends, active members, and opportunities to improve What We're Looking For - Prior experience managing an online community (Skool experience is a big plus, but Circle, Facebook Groups, Discord, etc. also count) - Excellent written English and a warm, conversational tone - A genuine self-starter who can create conversation from scratch, not just react - Comfortable working U.S. business hours and available for some evening live events (U.S. Eastern time) - Interest in or familiarity with real estate / short-term rental investing is a strong plus - Must be based in the U.S. or Canada To Apply Tell us about a community you've managed and one specific thing you did to increase engagement.
