AI Consultant for Business Process Automation and AI Strategy

Overview We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help assess, design, and implement practical AI solutions across our business operations. Our organization operates in the renewable energy distribution and solutions industry across SEA. We are exploring how AI can improve productivity, automate manual processes, enhance customer engagement, and support better decision-making. The consultant will work closely with our IT and business teams to identify high-value AI use cases and develop a realistic implementation roadmap. Scope of Work The selected consultant will be expected to: - Assess current business processes and identify suitable AI automation opportunities - Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to understand operational challenges - Recommend AI tools, platforms, and integration approaches - Develop an AI strategy and phased implementation roadmap - Design AI-powered workflows, assistants, or agents - Evaluate opportunities involving: - Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 - NetSuite ERP - HubSpot CRM - Power BI and business intelligence - SharePoint and internal knowledge management - Customer service chatbots and live chat - Email and document automation - Meeting transcription, summarization, and translation - Review data readiness, security, privacy, and governance requirements - Build proof-of-concept solutions for selected use cases - Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer - Estimate implementation costs, timelines, and expected business benefits Initial areas of interest include: - Internal AI assistant for company policies, procedures, and documents - AI chatbot for customer service and lead qualification - Automated email drafting, classification, and response suggestions - Meeting transcription and summarization, including Thai and English support - Sales lead scoring and opportunity recommendations - Automated reporting and management insights - Invoice, purchase order, and document processing - Workflow automation using AI agents and low-code platforms Required Experience - Proven experience delivering AI consulting or AI transformation projects - Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and workflow automation - Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar platforms - Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications - Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and system integrations - Experience with data security, privacy, access controls, and AI governance Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with any of the following would be an advantage: - Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform - Oracle NetSuite - HubSpot - Power BI - Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API - Retrieval-Augmented Generation and enterprise knowledge bases - Thai-language transcription, translation, or chatbot solutions Renewable energy, distribution, trading, or ERP environments
