Content Operations Manager | Social Media Manager for Growing Fitness Brand

Description I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with my business long term. I run an online fitness coaching company with an established audience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. My goal is to build a lifestyle brand around fitness, and I need someone who can take ownership of the day to day content operations so I can spend more time creating. Responsibilities Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms Upload YouTube Shorts and manage content publishing Maintain and organize a content calendar Organize content files and assets Ensure content is published consistently Monitor analytics and identify trends Brainstorm new content ideas Research current trends within the fitness and lifestyle space Help improve workflows and organization Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks related to content Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Is highly organized Thinks proactively instead of waiting for instructions Enjoys solving problems Has experience with social media management Understands short form content Pays attention to detail Communicates well Wants a long term opportunity Enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas Fitness experience is a bonus, but not required.
