We are an HR outsourcing company supporting small to midsize businesses across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, nonprofits, sales, industrial, marketing, and more. We manage full cycle recruiting for our clients. Our team is quality focused: we look beyond skills alone to find the right fit for our clients' values and culture, because we believe people are the most important part of any business. About the Role In this role, you'll own the day-to-day recruiting workflow for a portfolio of 5 to 10 open roles at a time. You'll work closely alongside our internal recruiting team, who remain the primary point of contact with clients, but you'll be the one driving recruiting strategy, candidate experience, and daily execution. What You'll Do • Partner closely with our in-house recruiters to understand hiring priorities, evolving role definitions, and ideal candidate profiles for a variety of client roles • Lead sourcing and resume review efforts to identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates • Provide market insight and candidate feedback to help refine profiles and hiring strategies • Conduct thorough, in-depth candidate interviews (not just quick screens) to properly vet fit for skills, role motivation and fit, and cultural alignment. • Draft interview templates and custom interview questions tailored to each role as needed. • Partner with our internal hiring team to support hiring managers providing weekly update reports, adjust priorities, and provide and receive feedback throughout the search What We're Looking For • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, across entry level, skilled trades, and mid-level or professional roles preferably in the following industries: manufacturing, nonprofit, marketing, sales, and skilled trades. • Experience managing a req load of roughly 7 to 10 openings on average, with an approach geared toward a deeper dive on each candidate rather than high-volume application processing • Demonstrated ability to source for roles that are not plug and play and require strong judgment • Strong, proven interviewing skills, including experience building interview templates and custom questions and conducting in-depth candidate vetting • Ability to adapt to different company cultures and client needs • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Jobvite experience is a plus. Schedule and Location • Fully remote • Must be based in and available during Eastern or Central time zones, working Eastern business hours • 35 to 40 hours per week • 6-month contract engagement, 1099, with possible extension based on performance and business need • Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
