About the Role We are looking for an exceptional creative leader to help define and bring our visual identity to life. Working closely with the Founder, you will translate our brand strategy and editorial vision into a distinctive creative expression across photography, video, audio, design, and social media. You will help establish the creative standards, visual language, and overall look and feel that will define the brand. You’ll shape the creative vision while also directing and producing work that is thoughtful, credible, beautiful, and unmistakably our own. What You'll Do - Lead the creative vision and visual identity for our brand. - Plan and direct photo and video content, often collaborating with writers, storytellers, photographers, videographers, editors, and leadership. - Create, edit, or oversee compelling short-form content for digital platforms. - Build templates, standards, and creative processes that can scale as we grow. - Identify opportunities to make the brand more distinctive, relevant, and impactful. - Help establish our brand as a trusted and recognizable voice in modern storytelling. What You Bring - Experience bringing a brand vision to life across multiple channels. - Experience collaborating with a diverse team to shape creative work. - Exceptional creative vision and strong visual taste. - Comfort working independently in a startup environment with evolving priorities. - Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. - Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about building something from the ground up. - Passion for meaningful storytelling and work that creates positive impact. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools is strongly preferred. - Photography, videography, & video editing experience are highly desirable.
