Summary

We are seeking a customer service representative to call and schedule doctor's appointments for patients that are represented by law firms. Responsibilities include following up with patients to gather feedback on their appointments and ensuring all necessary information is documented accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience customer service. Must have native fluency in English and have no accent or almost no discernable accent. This is a full time position.
