Summary

Join our team as a Virtual Assistant to support ecommerce operations and customer success. You'll manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with our team to optimize processes and improve customer engagement. Experience with WooCommerce, Reamaze, and Klaviyo is essential. We are an established medical uniform company operating four WooCommerce websites, including both wholesale and retail ecommerce stores. We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Virtual Assistant to help manage customer service, email marketing, website content updates, and customer communications. Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries through Re • Respond to customer emails, chat messages, and support tickets • Process return and exchange requests • Assist with WooCommerce product updates • Create and manage Klaviyo email campaigns • Build customer segments and email automations • Maintain FAQ and knowledge base content • Follow up with wholesale leads and sample requests • Assist with order monitoring and customer communication • Coordinate with our supplier when necessary • Create basic social media content and scheduling Requirements: • Strong written English • Experience with WooCommerce • Experience with Re or similar helpdesk software • Experience with Klaviyo email marketing • Ecommerce customer service experience • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Reliable internet connection Preferred: • Medical apparel or ecommerce experience • Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools • Experience with Canva • Basic understanding of SEO Hours: • Part-time to start (20–30 hours per week) • Potential for long-term position When applying, please provide: Examples of WooCommerce stores you have worked with Experience using Klaviyo Experience using Re or similar platforms Sample customer service responses Your hourly rate and availability
