Ecommerce Reporting Assistant

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help maintain a daily management P&L for my ecommerce brand. This is not traditional bookkeeping or accounting work. The role is primarily data entry, reconciliation and reporting. Current responsibilities would include: • Pulling daily Shopify sales data • Pulling Meta ad spend data • Updating a Google Sheets P&L • Reconciling sales, refunds, exchanges and payment fees • Categorising exchanges separately from actual refunds • Flagging any unusual discrepancies At our current scale I estimate this would take around 30-60 minutes per day. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable with spreadsheets/Google Sheets • Experience with Shopify • Experience with Meta Ads reporting is a bonus • Able to work consistently every day Please let me know: 1.
