Our products—SellerPulse, FeedbackFive, and RestockPro—help ecommerce businesses improve inventory management, customer engagement, operational visibility, and profitability. We're a small, established SaaS company that values ownership, practical execution, collaboration, and measurable results. We operate with clear priorities, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement. About the Opportunity We're looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Growth Marketing Manager to help us improve our customer acquisition funnel. This is not a "build marketing from scratch" role. We already have: - Established SaaS products with an existing customer base - Ongoing website traffic and content marketing - HubSpot and GA4 in place - Product marketing assets and landing pages What we need is someone who can identify the biggest opportunities, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and execute improvements that increase traffic quality, trial starts, and customer acquisition. What You’ll Own - Lead generation and trial growth - SEO and content strategy - Website and landing page conversion optimization - Buyer journey improvements - Product page performance - Email nurture strategy - HubSpot campaign execution and analytics - Marketing funnel analysis and optimization What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who thinks like a growth operator. Rather than asking, "How do we get more traffic?", you naturally ask: - Where is our funnel leaking? - Which experiments will have the greatest impact? - How can we improve visitor-to-trial conversion? - What does the data tell us to do next? You'll identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, execute experiments, and use data to continuously improve customer acquisition and trial conversion.. Qualifications Required - 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience - Experience growing free trial or self-service SaaS products - Strong experience with HubSpot and GA4 - SEO and content-driven growth experience - Website and landing page conversion optimization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership Nice to Have - eCommerce or Amazon seller experience - Experience working with smaller SaaS companies - Paid search experience - Lifecycle marketing experience Engagement Details - Fractional contract role (approximately 20–25 hours per week) - Initial engagement of 3–6 months, with the potential for a longer-term relationship - Flexible schedule focused on outcomes rather than hours - Availability for recurring meetings during Eastern Time business hours - Typical meeting commitment of approximately ~3 hours per week Why Join Us?
