What We Need This is not a traditional Customer Success Manager role. We’re looking for a builder. Someone who can design the systems, processes, dashboards, AI workflows, and automation that allow a lean Customer Success organization to deliver an exceptional customer experience at scale. You’ll work directly with our CEO, Founder, CTO, and Customer Success Manager. Primary Objectives You’ll help us: Ideally, they’d have experience with: AI and customer success automation Customer health scoring and analytics HubSpot workflows and customer operations AI agents and process automation Building scalable onboarding, QBR, renewal, and expansion playbooks
