Fractional SDR Needed for AI Startup (High Commission on Closed Business) We're looking for an experienced **Fractional SDR / Outbound Growth Specialist** to help scale outbound sales for an AI SaaS startup in the real estate industry. About Us SnapStage AI helps real estate agents generate stunning MLS-ready listing photos using AI. Agents can transform a single listing photo into professionally enhanced marketing images in minutes. We're growing quickly and need someone who knows how to generate meetings—not just send emails. What You'll Own * Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns * Minimum **1,000 outbound touches per day** across email, SMS, LinkedIn, and cold calling (using automation where appropriate) * Continuously test messaging and improve reply rates * Book qualified demos with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages * Keep CRM updated * Provide weekly reporting on activity, pipeline, meetings booked, and conversion metrics Required Deliverables As part of your engagement, you will provide: * A complete outbound strategy * Multi-touch follow-up sequence (minimum 8–12 touches) * Email copy * SMS copy * LinkedIn messaging * Call scripts * Recommended outbound tech stack * Weekly optimization recommendations based on campaign performance Requirements We're looking for someone who has: * Proven experience generating outbound pipeline for SaaS or AI companies * Experience selling into real estate is a major plus * Strong understanding of cold email deliverability * Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms * Ability to source high-quality prospect lists * Strong written English and persuasive copywriting skills Please include examples of: * Campaigns you've built * Reply rates * Meetings booked * Closed revenue generated Compensation Compensation will include: * Monthly fractional engagement (to be discussed) * **Percentage of all closed business you source** * Long-term opportunity as we scale If you're confident you can consistently create pipeline—not just activity—we'd love to talk.
