Freelance Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Required – BOQ Preparation (Cubit)

Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator required on a freelance/contract basis to prepare a full Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for an upcoming construction project. The BOQ MUST be produced using Cubit software. Applicants without proven Cubit experience will not be considered, so please do not apply if you are unable to complete the take-off and BOQ within Cubit. Key Responsibilities Review all drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Carry out detailed quantity take-offs using Cubit. Prepare a comprehensive and accurate BOQ. Identify any discrepancies, omissions or design queries. Issue completed BOQ within agreed timescales. Requirements Proven experience producing Bills of Quantities for construction projects. Strong proficiency in Cubit software. Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy. Good understanding of construction methods and tendering processes.
